Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Harmonia Designs Affiliate Program ("Program"). By registering as an affiliate, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1 Enrollment and Participation
1.1. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals and entities worldwide. Harmonia Designs reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion without the obligation to provide reasoning.
1.2. Affiliate Dashboard
Upon approval, affiliates will receive access to an affiliate dashboard to track referrals, commissions, and payouts.
2 Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. Marketing Conduct
Affiliates may promote Harmonia Designs through approved marketing channels. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in false, misleading, immoral, or unlawful promotional practices, including but not limited to spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized email campaigns.
2.2. Use of Branding
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Harmonia Designs branding, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Harmonia Designs in accordance with this Agreement.
2.3. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to data protection regulations (such as the GDPR) and advertising standards, including any applicable FTC disclosure requirements.
3. Commissions and Payments
3.1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a percentage of each valid sale (PLR Products 40%, Courses 30%, before fees, any other differences will be clearly stated) generated through their unique referral link. A valid sale is defined as a completed checkout through Harmonia Designs.
3.2. Tracking and Cookies
Sales are tracked using cookies valid for thirty (30) days. If a customer completes a purchase within that period after clicking the affiliate link, the sale will be attributed to the affiliate. The program is set to last click gets the sale.
3.3. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly (may change to weekly, this section will be updated accordingly if it does change, on a Saturday via PayPal, if there are any expected delays I will inform you.) There is no minimum payout threshold. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and are liable for any transfer fees incurred.
4 Termination and Account Suspension
4.1. Termination Rights
Harmonia Designs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct deemed fraudulent, unethical, or harmful to the brand.
4.2. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease all use of Harmonia Designs branding and promotional materials and will forfeit any unpaid commissions for invalid or questionable sales.
5 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Harmonia Designs remain the exclusive property of Harmonia Designs. Affiliates are granted no ownership rights.
6 Limitation of liability
Harmonia Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement.
7 Modification of terms
Harmonia Designs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, which shall become effective immediately upon publication.
8 Relationship of parties
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties. The Affiliate is an independent contractor and shall not present themselves as a representative or agent of Harmonia Designs.
9 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. As Harmonia Designs operates globally and sells only digital products, jurisdiction is deemed worldwide, but Harmonia Designs reserves the right to determine the appropriate legal venue for dispute resolution.
By registering for the Harmonia Designs Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
