1. Promoter
The promoters are Harmonia Designs and Spell & Ink, based in Heywood, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. This promotion is administered by Jem on behalf of both brands.
2. Eligibility
- The giveaways are open worldwide to people aged 16 or over, except where participation is prohibited or restricted by local law.
- Entrants are responsible for confirming that they are legally permitted to participate in their location.
- The promoter, members of the promoter’s immediate household and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion may not enter.
- No purchase is necessary.
3. Promotion period
Entries open at 2:00pm BST / 9:00am ET / 6:00am PT on 12 September 2026 and close at 11:00pm BST / 6:00pm ET / 3:00pm PT on 18 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included. The closing date will not be changed except where unavoidable circumstances make this necessary and doing so would not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
4. How to enter
- Complete and submit the official birthday giveaway form during the promotion period.
- Provide a valid email address so the promoter can contact you if you win.
- One form submission is permitted per person. Duplicate submissions may be removed.
- You may enter the Harmonia Designs giveaway, the Spell & Ink giveaway, or both.
- Automated, bulk, incomplete, fraudulent or illegible entries will not be accepted.
5. Horror-film vote
Entrants may vote for The Lost Boys, The Craft or Needful Things. Please select one film only. Selecting more than one film will invalidate the film vote but will not invalidate an otherwise eligible giveaway entry. The film vote is for audience participation and does not affect the chance of winning.
6. Prizes
- One Harmonia Designs winner may choose one individual digital product available from the Harmonia Designs shop.
- One Spell & Ink winner may choose one individual digital product available from the Spell & Ink shop.
- Product bundles are excluded from both prizes.
- If a selected product is no longer available, the winner will be asked to choose another eligible product.
- Prizes are digital, non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
- An entrant may enter both giveaways but may win a maximum of one prize, ensuring there are two separate winners.
7. Winner selection
After the promotion closes, each eligible entry will be allocated a unique entry number for each giveaway it has entered. One entry number will then be selected at random from the eligible Harmonia Designs entries and one entry number will be selected at random from the eligible Spell & Ink entries. The draws will take place within three days of the closing time. If the same person is selected in both draws, the second draw will be repeated so that there are two separate winners.
8. Winner notification and claiming a prize
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. A winner must respond within seven days. If a winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or does not respond in time, the promoter may withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random.
9. Email and marketing permission
The email address supplied is required to administer the giveaways and contact the winners. Permission to receive marketing emails must be requested separately and is optional. Choosing not to receive marketing emails will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chance of winning. Anyone who chooses to subscribe may unsubscribe at any time.
10. Personal information
Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners and deliver prizes. It will only be used for ongoing marketing where the entrant has separately chosen to receive it. Non-marketing entry information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, record-keeping and legal obligations. 11. Fair participation
The promoter may disqualify entries that breach these terms, attempt to manipulate the promotion or provide false information. The promoter is not responsible for entries lost or delayed because of technical failures outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to operate the promotion fairly.
12. Changes or cancellation
If circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the promotion, the promoter will take reasonable steps to minimise disappointment and avoid unfairly disadvantaging entrants. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Publicity and social platforms
The winners’ first name or chosen public name may be announced after the winners have been confirmed. No additional personal information will be published without permission. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or any other social platform on which it may be shared.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory consumer or legal protections that apply in their country of residence.
15. Acceptance
By submitting the official entry form, an entrant confirms that they have read and agree to these giveaway terms.
