HD-GRAPHICS-1.0These terms apply only to Harmonia Designs graphics and clipart collections expressly sold with the PLR Creation, MRR Creation or Extended Reseller Licence. Your product listing and delivery licence identify your purchased tier and any product-specific exceptions. Prices vary by collection.
01Definitions
Personal Use: The recipient may use a finished product for their own non-commercial purposes, but may not resell, redistribute or sublicense it.
PLR: An authorised buyer may edit, customise or rebrand a qualifying finished product and sell it to end customers with Personal Use rights only. PLR or MRR rights cannot be passed onwards.
MRR: An authorised buyer may resell the same qualifying product package with MRR rights. Each successive buyer may do the same only if the package includes the applicable licence restrictions. These are product-package resale rights, not independent graphics rights.
02Qualifying creative work
For digital products, a qualifying product must contain meaningful original design, written content, functionality or organisation beyond the licensed illustrations and provide independent value. A product must not exist primarily to redistribute the artwork. There is no minimum page or illustration count.
03What all three licences permit
- Unlimited authorised projects and sales.
- Finished physical merchandise using any print-on-demand provider.
- Client work and qualifying products in memberships and bundles, subject to the purchased tier and customer rights.
- Resizing, cropping, recolouring and combining artwork for permitted uses.
You may give necessary files to a manufacturer or POD fulfilment provider solely to complete authorised orders. The provider receives no independent rights to use, sell or distribute the illustrations.
04Your licence tier
PLR Creation
Create qualifying finished products and sell them with Personal Use rights only.
MRR Creation
Create qualifying finished products with Personal Use or PLR rights. Your PLR buyers can adapt and sell their finished products for Personal Use only.
Extended Reseller
Create qualifying products with Personal Use, PLR or MRR rights. The same qualifying MRR package may be resold by successive authorised buyers without a fixed numerical limit.
These licence names identify the rights granted. Prices and any product-specific conditions are shown on each applicable product listing.

05Extended supporting-illustration allowance
Only Extended Reseller licence holders may supply unused illustrations as supporting resources alongside a substantially developed original digital product. This means a complete, purposeful product with meaningful independent value beyond the artwork.
Buyers may use those supporting files to customise, edit or expand that same product. The files may accompany authorised resales of that qualifying product package, provided each reseller passes on the restrictions.
Supporting illustrations cannot be extracted for unrelated products, sold or distributed separately, or repackaged as independent stock graphics or clipart. These restrictions continue through every resale.
06Restrictions
- Do not resell the illustrations as standalone clipart, stock graphics, asset packs or independent digital collections.
- Do not create token products primarily to redistribute artwork.
- Do not distribute original source assets, unused graphics or purchase links separately, apart from the limited Extended supporting-resource allowance.
- Do not transfer or resell your purchased artwork licence, falsely claim authorship, or register exclusive trademarks over the supplied artwork.
- Do not deliberately submit the artwork for AI model training, fine-tuning or training datasets.
- Do not grant downstream permissions beyond those allowed by the purchased tier. Supply clear restrictions to clients and buyers receiving editable products or resale rights.
07Artwork rights and attribution
We hold full commercial usage and licensing rights to the artwork we create and offer through Harmonia Designs. We retain all rights we hold in that artwork and grant you a non-exclusive licence to use it under your purchased tier. Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or give you rights beyond those expressly permitted.
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in your own original additions. Attribution to Harmonia Designs is appreciated but is not required; you must not claim to have created the underlying licensed artwork.
08Duration, product-specific terms and changes
These licences are non-exclusive, worldwide and have no fixed expiry while their terms are followed. If a licence condition is materially breached, we may notify you and require you to remedy the breach within a reasonable period where appropriate. We may terminate the licence for an unremedied material breach, subject to applicable law. Termination does not remove statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Clearly stated product-specific exceptions take priority over these common terms for that product; otherwise these common terms apply. Record and retain the version that applied to your purchase. Later changes to our website will not automatically change earlier purchases.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08AMembership graphics & clipart licensing
Graphics and clipart provided through an eligible Harmonia Designs membership include MRR Creation Rights by default, unless the individual product licence expressly states otherwise. Members may use those graphics in qualifying products sold with Personal Use or PLR rights, subject to the applicable licence restrictions.
Eligible collections may be upgraded to Extended Reseller Rights (ERR) through an optional, one-time purchase. The upgrade applies only to the specified collection and permits qualifying products to be sold with MRR rights, including the supporting-illustration allowance and its restrictions described above.
Licensing rights for products legitimately obtained during an active membership remain valid after cancellation, provided the terms continue to be followed. Cancellation ends access to future membership releases unless otherwise stated. A purchased ERR upgrade remains valid for its specified collection after cancellation.
09Digital delivery, refunds and statutory rights
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after digital content has been supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed or improperly supplied digital content.
Where applicable, your statutory cancellation right may be lost once digital supply begins, provided you have given the required express consent and acknowledgement and the applicable legal requirements, including contract confirmation, have been met.
